How your mobile DPF visit works
From your first enquiry to assessment and cleaning, here is what to expect when you book DPF-PRO for your car or van.
1. Tell us about your vehicle
Book online or speak with our team. Have your vehicle details, postcode and a description of the symptoms ready, including any dashboard warning lights or loss of power. If you are unsure which service you need, contact us before booking.
2. We come to your location
Our service is mobile, so we can visit your home or workplace within our service area. Check the areas we cover, or call with your postcode to confirm availability.
3. Assessment comes first
We use professional diagnostic equipment and hands-on checks to investigate the cause of the DPF problem. The findings help determine the appropriate next step. We explain what we find before further work is carried out.

4. Cleaning, where appropriate
If the assessment shows that cleaning is appropriate, we carry out the mobile DPF clean at your location. The process may include a short drive, depending on the vehicle and filter condition. A clean is not a substitute for addressing an underlying fault; we will explain any further work identified.

Understand the price before you book
The advertised total service price is £360 including VAT. The £150 booking fee covers the call-out, diagnosis and assessment and is deducted from the total. The remaining £210 is due only if the clean is carried out.

Before your appointment
- Keep your vehicle details and booking confirmation to hand.
- Tell us about previous repairs, diagnostic findings or cleaning attempts.
- Let us know where the vehicle is parked and discuss any access restrictions with the team.
