Yes the DPF must be physically serviceable. If the DPF is cracked, melted, or beyond repair, the guarantee does not apply.

But don’t worry our technicians will always explain this prior to carrying out any repairs.

No- the guarantee only applies to the DPF cleaning process. Issues with sensors, turbos, EGR valves or other components are not covered.

We carry out before and after flow test which show us exactly how clean the DPF filter is after the clean.
